Review: I worked with Jonathan Manis and Precision Paint of Miami and it was a great experience from start to finish. I should add that several months ago we called him to take care of something and because it was a very small project he told us it wouldn't be worth contracting him because of the cost involved. He then told us he would do it himself and he took care of it right on the spot. I remembered how well he treated us and I decided to contact him to paint my house. He provided me with an estimate right away. He was honest and made sure to clearly state what the scope of work was. He addressed any concerns and questions I had. I decided to move forward and his team began the very next day. My house was painted within two days but most importantly was painted very well. I am very happy with the paint job. They made sure to leave everything clean when they were done. Overall, it was a pleasure to work with Jonathan and I will definitely contact him for any future projects I may have.

Review: Had all our doors and windows replaced to impact and removed the previous accordion shutters. Contacted Precision from a recommendation and they did not disappoint! Alex was in constant communication and responsive, and Marvin came out and was meticulous to make sure the edges were clean and paint blended in well, even though it took several coats. All in all, house looks clean and looking forward to using them again when a new coat is needed!
