First, they pressure washed the whole house, then did a waterproof coating and a layer of prime to cover the old dark paint. Then they did two coats of paint, great quality Sherwin Williams. After all painting was done, they cleaned the patio again, so the house looked awesome. That was a year ago, and now a year later it still looks super sharp, I get a lot of compliments from my neighbors.I could not ask for a better quality of work, more professional service or a better price, this company offers the best balance of all. I had multiple companies come out and give me estimates that were outside of my financial means. You would’ve thought I was painting an estate for what they were charging. My sister-in-law referred me to Continental Painting and Pressure Services. I called for an estimate and Rolando came out the same day. He was prompt, explained the whole process. The estimate he wrote was unbelievable and offered Sherman Williams paint with a product warranty for 10 years. I arranged for him to do the job and set a date. His team arrived promptly. His team was professional, courteous, efficient, and very clean. Most importantly, they painted my house in the expected time frame that was promised. They even came back to do touchups as needed.
